Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy almond butter*
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

*Substitute almond butter with peanut butter or any nut/seed butter of your choice.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add almond butter to the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients: Stir in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until the mixture is uniform.
  5. Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 18–25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the bars are set.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing and serving.
