Instructions
- Prepare the Bread:

Cut the dough into 2-inch strips, stack them, and cut the stack into 2-inch pieces. Loosely layer the pieces in the prepared loaf pan. - Bake the Bread:

While the bread bakes, prepare the topping by mixing 1/4 cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. - Finish the Bread:
Once the bread is baked, remove it from the oven and brush with 1/2 cup melted butter.
