Air Fryer Pizza Bombs are a fun and quick twist on classic pizza, featuring gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and crispy golden biscuit dough. Ready in under 20 minutes, these bite-sized pizza bombs are perfect for a snack, appetizer, or easy meal.

 

Ingredients

For the Pizza Bombs:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pizza Bombs:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
    • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
    • Place 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each dough circle.
    • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to form a sealed ball.
  • Cook the Pizza Bombs:
    • Brush each pizza bomb with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
    • Arrange the pizza bombs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
    • Air fry at 375°F for 10-13 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
    • Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute.
    • Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping. Garnish with Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheating: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3-5 minutes until crispy again.
