These Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with savory flavors. Tossed in olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese, they’re a healthy and delicious alternative to fried potatoes, perfect as a side dish or snack.

 

Ingredients

  • 34 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Fresh parsley or cilantro, ranch, or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a large baking sheet.
  • Place the potato wedges in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle this seasoning over the potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the wedges, mixing gently to distribute it.
  • Lay the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet with the skin sides down. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden and tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and serve with your preferred dipping sauce.
