These Butterfinger Balls are a no-bake, peanut butter treat loaded with crushed Butterfinger pieces, graham cracker crumbs, and a smooth chocolate coating. Perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting, these bite-sized delights are easy to make and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) box powdered sugar
  • 2½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 (1.9-oz) Butterfinger bars, crushed
  • 1¼ cups butter, melted
  • 1½ cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (24-oz) package chocolate almond bark (or preferred chocolate candy coating)

Instructions

  • Make the Filling:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, crushed Butterfinger bits, melted butter, and peanut butter.
    • Mix until fully combined and the mixture holds together.
  • Shape the Balls:

    • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Coat with Chocolate:

    • Melt chocolate almond bark or chocolate candy coating according to package instructions.
    • Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
    • Place back on parchment paper and allow to set.
  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Let the chocolate harden completely before serving.
    • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

  • Different Candy Bars: Try using Snickers, Reese’s, or Milky Way for a new twist.
