Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a fun, flavorful way to enjoy the classic pizza flavors in a bite-sized form. Each fluffy, golden pocket is filled with melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasonings, making them perfect for parties, quick snacks, or game night.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) pizza dough
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoni slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven
    • Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Dough
    • Roll the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 3×3-inch squares.
  • Add the Filling
    • Place a teaspoon of marinara sauce in the center of each dough square.
    • Add 1-2 pieces of chopped pepperoni and top with a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella.
  • Shape the Pizza Bombs
    • Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch the seams tightly to seal each pizza bomb.
  • Season the Tops
    • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
    • Brush this mixture over each pizza bomb and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake
    • Arrange the pizza bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve
    • Serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
