Crack Chicken Tenders are an irresistible, easy-to-make dish with tender chicken strips coated in a creamy, cheesy ranch-inspired sauce. Baked to golden perfection, these tenders are juicy on the inside with a crispy exterior. Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken tenders (or chicken breasts, cut into strips)

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch seasoning)

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Prepare the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Prepare the Chicken Tenders:

    • Pat the chicken tenders dry and season with salt and pepper.

  • Make the Creamy Ranch Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning,  and olive oil or melted butter. Mix until smooth.

  • Coat the Chicken Tenders:

    • Dip each chicken tender into the creamy ranch mixture, coating evenly, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top for extra cheesiness.

  • Bake the Tenders:

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), and the coating is golden brown and bubbly.

  • Serve:

    • Once done, remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired, and serve with dipping sauces.

    • Spicy Crack Chicken Tenders: Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the ranch mixture for a spicy twist.
