This Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles recipe is the ultimate comfort food! Tender beef tips slow-cooked in a rich, savory gravy, served over egg noodles for a hearty and satisfying meal. Ingredients

  • 1 lb stew meat (or 2 lbs for a heartier meal)
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can worth of beef broth (measured using the cream of mushroom soup can)
  • Egg noodles, cooked separately

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crockpot: Add the stew meat to the slow cooker.
  • Mix the Ingredients: Add onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and beef broth. Stir until well combined.
  • Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4-5 hours) until the beef is tender and the flavors are well blended.
  • Cook the Noodles: About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Assemble & Serve: Serve the beef tips and gravy over cooked egg noodles and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a creamier sauce, stir in ½ cup sour cream at the end.
  • To thicken the gravy, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
