Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 2 packs of uncooked ramen noodles, crumbled
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 green onions, chopped

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • Toast the Ramen and Nuts:
