Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

3️⃣ Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.

4️⃣ Combine: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

5️⃣ Create the Chocolate Swirl: Mix a portion of the banana batter with melted dark chocolate. Alternate spoonfuls of regular and chocolate batter in the loaf pan, then swirl with a knife.

6️⃣ Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
