Crab and Corn Chopsuey is a vibrant, flavorful stir-fry dish packed with fresh vegetables, crispy tofu, and a savory crab and corn-infused sauce. Ingredients

  • 8 ounces extra firm tofu, fried
  • 37 grams Knorr Crab and Corn Soup mix
  • 12 quail eggs, boiled
  • 1 ½ cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 ½ cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 15 snow peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  • Prepare Tofu & Eggs: Fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside. Boil quail eggs, peel, and set aside.
  • Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Cook Vegetables: Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add Bell Peppers & Cabbage: Stir in red and green bell peppers, and cabbage. Cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Make the Sauce: Dissolve Knorr Crab and Corn Soup mix in water. Pour into the pan.
  • Season & Simmer: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine Tofu & Eggs: Stir in fried tofu and boiled quail eggs. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot with rice.
