Ingredients

  • 15.8 oz. (450 g) low-fat cottage cheese
  • 10.6 oz. (300 g) sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅔ cup (60 g) almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 oz. (30 g) unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat.
