Ingredients

  • 3 cups Chex cereal (any variety)
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup mini breadsticks
  • ½ cup dill pickle juice
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, peanuts, and mini breadsticks.
  • Prepare the Seasoning: In a separate bowl, whisk together dill pickle juice, melted butter, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Combine: Pour the seasoning mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  • Bake: Spread the mixture in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  • Cool: Remove from the oven and let the Chex mix cool completely.
  • Serve: Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl or an airtight container and enjoy!
