English Muffin Breakfast Pizza is a quick, delicious, and customizable breakfast that combines the best of a hearty morning meal with the fun of pizza. With a crispy English muffin base, creamy sawmill gravy, scrambled eggs,  and gooey melted cheese, this easy-to-make dish is perfect for busy mornings or a weekend brunch. Whether you add extra toppings or keep it simple, this breakfast pizza is sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, split in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sawmill gravy (or your preferred breakfast gravy)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Toast the English Muffins: Lightly toast the English muffin halves until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Make the Scrambled Eggs: Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat and cook eggs, stirring gently, until just set.
  • Prepare the Gravy: Warm up the sawmill gravy in a saucepan or microwave.
  • Assemble the Pizzas: Place the toasted English muffins on a baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of sawmill gravy over each half, followed by scrambled eggs,  and a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  • Bake or Broil: Preheat your oven’s broiler. Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions or parsley, and enjoy hot.
