Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs, at room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon egg white protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon allulose (or preferred sweetener)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  1. Set oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Egg Whites:

  1. Separate egg whites from yolks. Place whites in a clean, grease-free bowl.
  2. Add vinegar to egg whites.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks form.
