Garlic Bread Ritz Bits are a crunchy, buttery snack bursting with garlicky, cheesy goodness. Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini Ritz crackers
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Set the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture
    • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the Ritz Crackers
    • Place mini Ritz crackers in a large bowl.
    • Pour the garlic butter over the crackers and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for Extra Crispiness
    • Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Add Parmesan & Parsley
    • Remove from the oven and immediately toss with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
