Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger are savory handheld snacks packed with ground beef, garlic, and melted cheeses, wrapped in buttery biscuit dough. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick dinners!

 

Ingredients

  • Filling:
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dough:
    • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
    • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tbsp butter, melted
    • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook Beef Filling:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.
    • Stir in minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
    • Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare Bombs:
    • Flatten biscuit dough into 4-inch circles.
    • Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each circle, fold the edges, and pinch to seal into a ball.
  4. Bake:
    • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
    • Brush tops with melted butter mixed with Parmesan cheese.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Garnish & Serve:
    • Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

  • Freezing: Bake, cool, and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
