Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on or off)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh lemon juice, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season the Shrimp:

  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

3. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
