Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1½ tablespoons white sugar
  • ⅓ cup semolina

Instructions

Heat the Milk:

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and sugar.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.

Add the Semolina:

  1. Remove the saucepan from heat.
  2. Gradually sprinkle in the semolina, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.

Cook the Pudding:

  1. Return the saucepan to medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens into a creamy consistency (about 5 minutes).

Serve:

  1. Pour into serving bowls.
  2. Enjoy warm or let it cool for a chilled version.
