Ingredients

- 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped

- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, dill, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
