  • 20g (0.7 oz) pumpkin seeds
  • 15g (0.5 oz) sesame seeds
  • 15ml honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 130g (4.6 oz) dark chocolate (sugar-free), melted
  • 20ml olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    • Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then blend into a paste.
    • Chop almonds and peanuts into small pieces.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients

    • In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients

    • Add date paste, dried cranberries, honey, and olive oil to the dry mixture.
    • Mix until everything is well combined and sticky.
  • Shape the Cookies
