Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 tsp melted butter
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (add more if desired)
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare the pizza dough: Unroll the refrigerated pizza crust onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Make garlic butter: Mix the melted butter and crushed garlic together, then spread the garlic butter evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough. Optionally, sprinkle oregano for extra flavor.
  • Cut the breadsticks: Using a pizza cutter or large knife, cut the cheese-covered dough into 16 equal rectangles.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the breadsticks are slightly golden.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven, cut again into smaller pieces if needed, and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like basil, parsley, or thyme before baking.
  • If you love cheese, add a blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and fontina for a richer taste.
  • For a spicy kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top or drizzle with hot sauce.
