Homemade Chocolate Fudgesicles are rich, creamy, and bursting with deep chocolate flavor. Ingredients

  • 2½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients

    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar.
    • Stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
    • Do not let it boil.
  2. Add Vanilla

    • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
    • Let the mixture cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Fill the Molds

    • Pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
    • Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze

    • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Unmold and Enjoy

    • To release the fudgesicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
    • Serve and enjoy!
