Ingredients

  • Coconut cream
  • Coconut milk
  • Milk powder
  • Sugar
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Cornstarch
  • Optional: vanilla extract, fruit purees, or mix-ins (e.g., chocolate chips, crushed cookies)

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine coconut cream, coconut milk, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Stir well.
  2. Heat the mixture on low, gradually adding cornstarch while stirring until thickened to a custard-like consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flavorings, if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Optionally, dip frozen bars in melted chocolate and coat with toppings like nuts or sprinkles. Freeze again until set.
