This Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole combines two beloved comfort foods into one irresistible dish! The savory, tender meatloaf layer is topped with creamy mac and cheese, gooey melted cheese, and a deliciously savory finish. Perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or a filling meal anytime!

Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

  • Ground beef (or turkey)
  • Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
  • Eggs
  • Ketchup
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper

For the Mac and Cheese:

  • Cooked macaroni
  • Condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • Milk
  • Garlic powder, onion powder
  • Shredded cheeses: cheddar and mozzarella

Instructions

Prepare the Meatloaf:

  • Preheat oven and mix ground beef (or turkey), Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs), seasonings, eggs, and part of the ketchup/barbecue sauce.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes until it’s cooked through.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mac and Cheese:

  • Cook macaroni and combine it with cheddar cheese soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.

3️⃣ Assemble and Bake:

  • Spread the prepared mac and cheese over the baked meatloaf.
  • Top with more shredded cheese and bake for an additional 17-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
