These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are the ultimate cheesy, savory, and satisfying meal. Filled with seasoned ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, and a crispy Doritos crunch, all wrapped in a soft tortilla, they’re perfect for a quick family dinner or a fun weekend meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, draining any excess fat.
  • Sauté the Vegetables: Add onions and green peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 4 minutes.
  • Season the Meat: Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce.
  • Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Add a layer of cheese mixture, followed by the beef mixture.
  • Add Crunch: Top with sour cream, extra veggies, and crushed Doritos.
  • Roll and Toast: Fold the sides of the tortilla, roll up tightly, and toast in a skillet until crispy on both sides.
  • Serve: Garnish with shredded lettuce and serve hot.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store the filling and tortillas separately for best results.
  • Reheating: Reheat in a skillet to restore crunch or microwave, though tortillas may lose their crispiness.
