Orange Creamsicle Salad is a light, fluffy, no-bake dessert that tastes just like the classic Orange Creamsicle popsicle! Made with orange Jell-O, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and juicy mandarin oranges, this easy dessert is perfect for summer BBQs, potlucks, and holiday gatherings. Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz) package orange Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  • Dissolve the Jell-O – In a large bowl, whisk the orange Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Prepare the pudding – In a separate bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Combine Jell-O and pudding – Gently fold the pudding into the slightly thickened Jell-O until well combined.
  • Add whipped topping – Fold in Cool Whip until smooth and fluffy.
  • Mix in fruit and marshmallows – Stir in mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows (if using).
  • Chill and serve – Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy chilled!
