Paula Deen’s 5-Minute Fudge is the ultimate quick and easy dessert featuring rich chocolate, fluffy marshmallows, and crunchy nuts. Perfect for gifting, entertaining, or satisfying a sweet craving in just 10 minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • 1⅔ cups white sugar
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6-ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Add chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in marshmallows, vanilla extract, and nuts. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Substitute large marshmallows with 2 cups mini marshmallows if needed.
  • Use semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Lining the pan with parchment paper ensures easy removal of fudge.
