Ingredients

For the Crust:

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into dome molds and chill in the fridge to set.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: Blend pistachios, cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth. Add dissolved gelatin to firm up the mixture.
