Ingredients

  • Puff pastry (store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  • Prepare the cinnamon-sugar mixture: In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Prepare the puff pastry: Lay out the puff pastry sheets on a clean surface. Brush each sheet with melted butter, then evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the surface.
  • Assemble the cruffins: Layer the pastry sheets on top of each other and slice into strips. Roll each strip into a spiral shape, then place each spiral into the muffin tin.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cruffins are golden brown and crispy.
  • Finish: After baking, sprinkle with any remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture while the cruffins are still warm. Serve immediately.
