  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Prepare the Topping:
    • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
    • Mix until crumbly and set aside.
  • Make the Filling:
