Ingredients

For the Crust:

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

  • Make the Peanut Butter Filling: Beat the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.

  • Finish and Chill: Pour the ganache over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups over the top. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours to set.
