Perfect for potlucks, holidays, and family gatherings, this easy no-bake dish balances tart, sweet, and chocolatey flavors. Serve as a fun side dish or a delightful dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or Fuji), diced
  • 4 Snickers bars, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the apples and Snickers – Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces and chop the Snickers bars into small chunks.
  • Make the pudding base – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Fold in the whipped topping – Gently mix the whipped topping into the pudding until well combined.
  • Add mix-ins – Stir in the chopped apples and Snickers pieces until evenly coated.
  • Chill and serve – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  • Garnish (optional) – Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use lemon juice on apples to prevent browning.
  • Swap Snickers for Twix, Reese’s, or Milky Way for a fun variation.
  • Stir in grapes, bananas, or pears for extra fruitiness.
  • Use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip if desired.
