Ingredients

  • 1 package Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the snickerdoodle cookie mix, softened butter, and egg until well mixed.
  • Assemble the Cobbler:

    • Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
    • Drop half of the cookie dough in spoonfuls across the bottom of the pan.
    • Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar packet (included in the mix) over the dough.
    • Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the dough layer.
    • Drop the remaining cookie dough in spoonfuls over the apple filling.
    • Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
    • Drizzle caramel sauce over the entire dish.
  • Bake:

    • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
    • Let cool slightly before serving.
