  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for added spice)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the spinach: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
