This creamy and cheesy Spinach Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer, perfect for parties or cozy nights in. With simple ingredients and bold flavors, this warm dip is ready in just 35 minutes and pairs perfectly with crackers, chips, or veggies.

 

Ingredients

  • 250g spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Spinach:
    • Stir in the chopped spinach, making sure it’s evenly incorporated.
  • Bake the Dip:
    • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
