This Strawberry Earthquake Cake is a rich and indulgent dessert featuring a moist white cake swirled with luscious cream cheese, sweet strawberries, coconut flakes, and white chocolate chips. Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • Ingredients required by the cake mix (water, oil, eggs)
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare Batter:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
    • Prepare cake batter according to package instructions. Fold in chopped strawberries and pour into the baking dish.
  • Make the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, melted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
    • Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle coconut flakes and white chocolate chips evenly on top.
  • Bake:
    • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
    • Let the cake cool before serving.
