Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g hard cheese (cheddar, Parmesan, or Gouda)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Avocados

  • Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  • Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh to make room for the eggs.

3. Add the Egg Filling

  • Crack an egg into each avocado half.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.

4. Add Garlic & Cheese

  • Sprinkle minced garlic over the eggs.
