Tomato, Peach, and Burrata Salad is a fresh, vibrant dish that perfectly balances sweet, tangy, and creamy flavors. Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash and dry the tomatoes, peaches, arugula, and basil leaves.
  2. Slice the Produce: Cut the tomatoes and peaches into wedges. Tear the burrata cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Assemble the Salad: Arrange the arugula on a serving platter, then layer the tomatoes and peaches on top. Evenly distribute the burrata cheese.
  4. Drizzle the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic glaze, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top and serve immediately.
